Gavarnie Extra-Virgin Olive Oil is made from the finest olives from our farm in Amphitheatre, Victoria’s prime Pyrenees district, north-west from Melbourne. With a firm, robust flavour, featuring notes of toasted almonds and green grass aromas with hints of black pepper, our oil is a key ingredient to your dishes, as a delicious dip with breads or drizzled over salads.
We use a select blend of hand-picked Koreneiki, Manzanillo and Ligurian olives, with complementary supplemented Frantoio and Manzanillos varieties from neighbouring growers we know and trust. This blend is why Gavarnie Extra-Virgin Olive Oil is enjoyed by so many people seeking a fuller flavour.

We decided not to irrigate our olive trees. This makes them tougher, growing at a slower pace which in turn yields crops with less water, helping us to deliver a premium product for you.
